WHS sophomore earns 'Gold Seal' at state competition

Garnett's Gold Seal was one of just 177 awarded at the State Meet out of approximately 1,600 State entries.

WHS Art Instructor Diane Bolinger said there were a total of 29,000 entries trying to advance to State.
