Student Insurance

An optional Student Accident Insurance Plan is available to all Weatherford ISD students. By state law the District is unable to assume liability for injuries that occur at school or while participating in school activities. Due to this fact, the District makes this insurance coverage available to you through an outside vendor to protect you from unexpected medical expenses.

Insurance coverage may be purchased for a minimal fee; a coverage flier is available below, at the company's website, or in your school's main office. Please note that this insurance plan can protect you and your family from ever-rising costs associated with an accident. The plan offers either At School Protection or 24-hour coverage. In addition, an optional extended dental coverage for accidents is available.
