I graduated from the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at Texas Christian University. This rigorous program enabled me to build a strong foundation in foodservice management and become a registered dietitian. My culinary background has been focused in catering, event planning, and private dining. My overall philosophy in the kitchen is make everything yourself from the best product available, and the rest will fall into place.
I have always loved school and learning, so working in education has been a natural fit. I teach the Culinary Arts, Lifetime Nutrition and Wellness and Food Science. In my classroom, By providing support to my students, they can work to meet their individual goals with success.
