Hall seventh, eighth grade boys track teams finish fourth overall at Quad County District Meet
Both the Hall Middle School seventh and eighth grade boys track teams finished fourth overall at the Quad County District Track meet on Monday and Tuesday.
Grade 7 standings
Adrian Jones finished 2nd in high jump, 3rd in the 100, 4th in the 200, and 3rd in long jump.
Dominic Davi finished 4th in long jump, 4th in the 100, 5th in the 400, and 5th in the 200.
James MacAfee placed 2nd in the 1600, 2nd in the 400, and set a Quad County record and Hall Record in the 800 with a time of 2:15.
Grade 8 standings
The sprint relay team of Ty Huang, Tyler Gray, Jesus Galaz, and Devin James finished 6th
The 800 relay team of Winston Griffith, Tony Rivas, Andrew McNay, and Devin James finished 2nd.
The 1600 meter relay of Winston Griffith, Brayam roman Acosta, Tony Rivas, and Andrew McNay finished 4th and set a new Hall record of 3:50.
Marcus Buckley finished third in the discus.
Tyler Gray finished 4th in the 110 hurdles.
Devin James finished 4th in the 100.
Tony Santibanez finished 4th in the 1600 and set a new Hall Record of 5:11.
Brayam Roman Acosta finished 6th in the 800.
Tony Rivas finished 5th in the 400.
Andrew McNay finished 2nd in high jump and set a new Hall Record and finished 1st in the 400 with a time of 54.52.
