Band members from Austin, Curtis, Ikard and WrightElementary Schools and HallMiddle
School performed in a solo contest on Friday, May
21.Out of the 110 students performing
solos, 91 made 1st division "Superior" ratings and 19 made 2nd
Division "Excellent" ratings.The following students earned the "Outstanding Performance"
certificate, as well:

Weatherford ISD concluded the 2009-10 school year with its annual assembly May 27 in the WHS Durant Auditorium.
