Jeff Ford

Jeff Ford was elected to the Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees May of 2018.  Jeff was born and raised in Weatherford.  Jeff graduated from Weatherford High School 1983. He left Weatherford for several years when he attended West Texas State University and Texas Tech University. Following college he started his own construction company focusing on residential construction. He returned to Weatherford shortly after marrying Mitzi in 1990.

Jeff has served on several boards and leadership positions within this community.  Ford has served on Weatherford Little League Board for six years, president for three years.  He has coached soccer, volleyball, football, baseball in community leagues of Weatherford.  He was WHS Football Booster Club President for two years.  He is serving at First Baptist Church as deacon and was Chairman of the Deacons for two years. He served on the long range planning committee, the facilities committee, and served on three pastor search committees.  

Ford is currently a sales representative for DeFord’s.  Ford has experience in construction, sales, and marketing.  He has been in outside sales with lumber and construction materials since 1999.

Jeff Ford married Mitzi in 1990.  They have four children: Jace (WHS Class of 2014); Jenna (WHS Class of 2016); Jared (WHS Class of 2018); and Jancey (WHS Class of 2021).
