FitnessGram

What is FitnessGram:
The Texas FitnessGram is the state-mandated physical fitness assessment for students in grades 3–12 in Texas public schools. It is designed to evaluate various aspects of health-related fitness, including aerobic capacity, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and body composition. The assessment is part of the Texas Education Code (TEC) §38.101, which requires schools to measure student fitness levels and report the results to the Texas Education Agency (TEA).

How Will I Receive My Child's Results?
Parents can request their child's physical fitness assessment results at the end of the school year. Please contact your child's PE, athletics, or dance teacher to request these results.
