WHS Health Science and Technology Instructor Patricia Hoffman said EMT-B's are the best, brightest, and bravest students on campus who ride out with MedStar, LifeCare, and JPS ambulance rotations. Sometimes they stay up for 24-hour shifts without complaining - and they still find time to keep their high school grades up.
EMT-B's see patients in their worst moments, on their worst days, and are strong enough to be the support in times of trouble.
