WISD Winter Weather School Closing - February 16-18, 2021

We hope this message finds you and your family safe and warm during this historic winter storm.

Due to the continued forecast for more snow/ice, unsafe road conditions, and rolling blackouts, Weatherford ISD will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (February 16, 17, and 18).

All Weatherford ISD buildings will be closed during this time and there will be no school for in-person learning or students enrolled in the Virtual Learning Academy.

The impact of this weather closing could likely extend through Friday. We will provide an update by Thursday morning to give families and staff time to plan.

Thank you for your flexibility as we strive to keep everyone safe during this winter storm. Stay safe and stay inside.
