Weatherford ISD Mourns the Loss of School Board Member Toby Taylor

Weatherford ISD mourns the loss of school board member Toby Taylor who passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024 following complications from the flu.

Toby was an active parent and community member with Weatherford ISD for many years. He served as a Watch Dog Dad at Curtis Elementary, was a member of the inaugural Ambassador Program, and served on the CTE Advisory Council. In November 2020, Toby was elected to the WISD Board of Trustees and re-elected to a second term in 2023. He was an outstanding board member who was committed to supporting our students and staff.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Trinity Bible Church.
