The Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved Megan Mack, BSN, RN as the district’s Director of Health Services at their October 20, 2025, meeting.
Mack brings nearly 15 years of nursing experience in a variety of settings, including schools, day surgery, telehealth, and behavioral health.
Most recently, she served as a Surgical Services RN in Pre-Admission Testing and Day Surgery at Medical City Healthcare in Weatherford, where she guided more than 200 patients each week through pre-surgical counseling and coordination of care. Her leadership improved patient access through telehealth expansion, reduced cancellations by 12 percent, and ensured full compliance with regulatory standards.

Mack's clinical expertise and commitment to student well-being make her an outstanding addition to the district’s leadership team. Her experience in both clinical and school-based health settings will strengthen the support provided to students and families across Weatherford ISD.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is skilled in program development, health-services leadership, staff supervision, and quality-management oversight. Megan and her family reside in Weatherford and are proud to be part of Roo Nation.
