On Tuesday, March 3, 222 Weatherford ISD teachers were notified that they have earned, maintained, or advanced their Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) designation.
These designations represent approximately $1.6 million in additional compensation tied directly to measurable student growth and instructional effectiveness across the district.
TIA designations are awarded to teachers who demonstrate exceptional impact on student learning. The program, established by the Texas Legislature, recognizes Recognized, Exemplary, and Master teachers and provides additional state funding to support educator retention and continued investment in students.
Weatherford ISD looks forward to celebrating these educators on campuses later this spring.
