Weatherford ISD’s Transportation Department has been actively monitoring and responding to the severe weather conditions that moved through the area.
Out of an abundance of caution, buses were directed to safe locations, and students were sheltered in place as conditions warranted. All students are safe.
We are now beginning the process of resuming transportation and getting students home as safely and efficiently as possible.
For families who prefer to pick up their student, please notify us by calling (817) 598-2976. Students may be picked up at the Transportation Center located at 999 Sloan Street. Please bring a valid ID when arriving for pickup.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to ensure every student is returned home safely. Additional updates will be provided as needed.
