Weatherford ISD Improves to B in State Accountability Ratings

Weatherford ISD has earned a B in the Texas Education Agency’s newly released 2025–26 A–F Accountability Ratings. This marks the district’s first B rating since the 2021–22 school year.

The improvement reflects the dedication of WISD students, teachers and staff, as well as the continued support of parents, families and the Weatherford community. This collective commitment plays an important role in the growth taking place across the district.

While the A–F accountability rating is only one measure of the work happening in WISD schools, the district is proud of this year’s progress. It reflects Weatherford ISD’s continued commitment to being Rooted in Excellence by maintaining high expectations, supporting continuous growth and working together to provide the best possible opportunities for every student.

Additional information about Weatherford ISD’s accountability rating and individual campus ratings is available through the Texas Schools website.

District leaders will also provide additional information about the A–F Accountability System and take a closer look at WISD’s performance during the September meeting of the Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees.

Weatherford ISD is proud of the progress being made across the district and remains focused on the important work ahead.
