Crockett counselor Danita Anderson said the campus had adopted an Army troop as part of "Act of Kindness Week," and students actually collected enough supplies for each soldier to receive a book, magazine, soap, toothbrush, variety of snacks, and gum.
In additional, several students from various grade levels also created their own Valentine's Day cards to include in the bags (which were decorated by second grade students).
