WISD Bad Weather Days

We’re experiencing the MOST unusual winter weather this year!

In December, Weatherford ISD was closed for 4 days and we’ve had to close 2 days this month because of winter weather and road conditions. These closings mean we will now use our bad weather makeup dates of June 2 and 3, 2014. Our most current 2013-2014 school calendar reflects these dates. To access the calendar, click on the Calendars link on the right side of the WISD home page or any campus home page.

Weatherford ISD will apply for a waiver from the Texas Education Agency to excuse days missed beyond our scheduled bad weather days. Also, please note that our school closings will not affect the graduation date for Weatherford High School.
