Curtis fourth graders participate in Google Hangout session, learn about Alamo artifacts

The fourth grade class, along with several other schools in Texas and one in Pennsylvania, participated in the Google Hangout session with the librarian and archivist at the Alamo in San Antonio.
The presentation included a tour of the archival vault, where students were able to see clothing, pictures, maps and letters, among other things that are held at the Alamo.
Students and staff also recognized Cowley for serving on the WISD Board as part of January's Board Recognition Month (photos by DERIK MOORE).
