The Weatherford Varsity baseball team enjoyed a good weekend winning 5 games while losing 1 in the Jerry Durrant Tournament. The Roo’s received excellent pitching and defense all weekend to go with very timely hitting. The Roo’s won 3 of the 5 games by one run and won two of those games in the 7th inning. The Roo’s will be back in action next weekend in the Burleson Elks Tournament.
