Hall seventh, eighth grade volleyball game summaries - 10/9/14

In "A" game action, the Lady Roos cruised to victory winning, 25-15 and 25-18. Karley Horton had good serves and excellent passing for the Lady Roos.  London Gray had great serves and controlled the net from the middle.  Francine Merchant had two good blocks and Lindy Willmont was dominant all around.

In "B" game action, Hall controlled the game from the start easily winning, 25-7 and 25-15.  Grace Larvin and Haley Vantine served the ball well with Jordan McCaslin controlling the back row for the Lady Roos. Kara Rothrock dominated at the net in the two-match victory.

In "C" game action, the Lady Roos started strong winning the first match, 25-13.  Hall was led with strong net play by Karina Patel and Grace West.

The second match was total domination with Hall easily winning, 25-5.  Trinity Anderson served 7 straight points to start the match and Kaitlyn White served 13 straight points.  Trinity Denison played well at the net and Nidhi Patel finished the victory with a pair of serves to seal the victory.

Hall's seventh grade "A" team beat Granbury with excellent combined team play in two games, 25-21, 25-11.  Awesome passing and serving from Erin Porter combined with consistent setting from Hayden Hudson, and intimidating hits from Kamryn Clark. 

The "B" team came back and won after the first game (19-25, 25-23, 25-22) thanks to great hustle from Alicia German and strong all-around play from Aubree Young.

The "C" team won in two (25-15, 25-23) with solid serving from Jacee Jones, Victoria Smith, Bailey Beckner, and Elena Rangel.
