The Varsity Lady Roos beat Sam Houston in three straight games Tuesday night. Maddie Dorris had 5 kills and 3 blocks, Sarah Schwartz had 7 kills and 2 aces, and Erin Riney played awesome defense with 18 digs.
Junior Varsity

Maggie Glenn had a long 8 service rally in set 2 to pull away. Strong middle attacks from Ellie Larvin and Ashlyn Kelley kept Sam Houston on their heels.
Freshman “A” Team
Weatherford def. Arlington Sam Houston, 25-10, 25-12
The 9th grade A team beat Sam Houston in 2 games. The girls played awesome together with great team defense and good serving.
Freshman “B” Team
Weatherford def. Arlington Sam Houston
The 9th grade B team demolished the Sam Houston Texans in two quick games. Front row had awesome net play. Gabby Briggs led the way in serving and the girls played an outstanding game overall.
The Lady Roos play Lamar Friday night. Friday is also Senior Night, so please come out and support the girls and stay after the game for a special ceremony.
