Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! We're in the process of gathering all the information you'll need to prepare your child for the start of school. Be sure to watch for our communications to families in late July and early August. We'll send information to families via email, and will post on the WISD website and the Weatherford ISD social media pages - Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Kids Unite After School Program

Weatherford ISD offers an after school program from 3:30-6:00 pm at each elementary campus for students in grades Pre-K through 5. For more information, click HERE.

Child Nutrition Information

2024-2025 school meal prices are listed below.

Breakfast: $1.75 at all schools

Elementary Lunch: $3:15

Secondary Lunch: $3.25

Staff and Adult Breakfast: $2.40

Staff and Adult Lunch Price: $4.00

Pre-payments for school meals can be made in two ways:

1. By cash, money order, or check presented to your school Cafeteria Manager between the hours of 7:00 am - 1:30 pm. Please write your children's names, student ID numbers, and the amount you wish to deposit to each one's account. (You may pay for several children in various WISD schools at a single location, if you desire; however there may be up to a 24 hour delay for payment to be applied.)

2. Online with a debit or credit card for a convenience fee, 24 hours a day, through My School Bucks account. Please have your child's ID number available. If you have any questions about your My School Bucks account please contact them directly.

Free or Reduced Price Student Meals - Free & Reduced Meal Online Application

You can apply any time during the school year for free or reduced price student meals. For information on the application process, please click HERE.

Due to the change from the Covid Pandemic free meals, students will be charged "full pay" beginning the first day of school if benefits have not been approved prior. They can be completed online or paper applications are available at the school offices, the District Services Building at 1100 Longhorn Drive, or at the Child Nutrition Office.

School Supply Lists

To access school supply lists for 2025-2026 school year for elementary students are posted HERE.

Students in middle school and high school will receive their school supply lists from teachers during the first week of school. Students should bring paper and a pen/pencil for the first day of school.

The Weatherford ISD Education Foundation provides school supplies to WISD students in need. Parents needing assistance with school supplies should contact their child's campus principal, assistant principal, or counselor.

Transportation

Weatherford ISD makes school bus transportation available to all students living two or more miles from school. This service is provided at no cost to students.
