WHS Athletic Hall of Fame

The Weatherford High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee was created in 2004 with a mission to recognize athletes and coaches who have made outstanding contributions to the Weatherford High School athletic program.  The committee and its events are sponsored by the Weatherford Noon Lions Club in cooperation with the WHS Athletic Department.

Current committee members include WISD Athletic Director Aubrey Sims, Linda Bourland, Doug Jefferson, Lonna Leach, Robert Smart, and Arthur Stockstill.

The committee accepts nominations for the WHS Athletic Hall of Fame awards given each year during homecoming weekend.  Nominations are held for three years.
