One of our district values is that “we will engage in and promote ethical behavior and personal integrity.” To this end, the Weatherford Independent School District is instituting a District Ethics Hotline for the purpose of reporting unethical behavior and/or violations of district policy or illegal activity on the part of any school district employee.
If you have witnessed behavior on the part of a school district employee that is unethical, a violation of district policy, or illegal you are encouraged to report that information through the District Ethics Hotline. The strictest confidentiality will be maintained when a reported incident is investigated to determine if a violation has occurred.
The goal of this program is to help insure that the district is operating ethically and in compliance with all district policies as we continue to provide a quality education for the children of our district. The Ethics Hotline number is 817-598-2809. When reporting an incident the caller may make the report anonymously or he/she may leave a call back name and number.
