Compensation Plan
At a Special Meeting of the Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees held on June 27, 2022, the school board approved a pay increase for the 2022-2023 school year. This pay increase is aligned with the 2021-2022 Compensation Plan:
- A 3% pay increase from the midpoint of each pay grade
- An increase of $34 on the monthly contribution for employees who participate in medical insurance offered by Weatherford ISD. This raises the monthly contribution from Weatherford ISD from $266/month to $300/month.
