How to - Connect to Wi-Fi
To maintain a safe, secure environment Weatherford ISD Technology has made changes to the way users connect to our network. Previously, staff and students used the WISD-WIFI network. This network will be removed for a more consistent user experience.
All users (staff and students) will now connect all device types to WISD.
Weatherford ISD uses SSL decryption/filtering technology for devices accessing the internet. Laptops and their operating systems vary depending on manufacturers and operating system versions of the devices you are using. Keep your updates current and review your Operating System’s literature to determine the most up-to-date process for connecting to a new wireless network. These steps serve as a general guide for connecting to the WISD Wi-Fi network using three common operating systems.
