Android

  1. Use your cellular data for your initial setup of Weatherford ISD Email.
  2. Sign in to https://outlook.office.com/owa
  3. Download the Microsoft Outlook App from the Appstore.
    1. Click Get Started.
      1. Enter your Weatherford ISD email address.
      2. Select Continue.
    2. Sign in to https://launchpad.classlink.com/weatherfordisd .
    3. Select Activate.
      1. Select Activate this Device Admin App.
      2. Select Continue.
    4. Skip adding additional accounts.
    5. Open Settings.
      1. Turn off Focused Inbox.

iPhone

  1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
    1. Click Microsoft Exchange
    2. Enter your WISD email address.
    3. Click Next
  2. When presented with Sign in to your ‘weatherfordisd.com” Exchange account using Microsoft, click Sign in.
  3. Sign in to https://outlook.office.com/owa using your network credentials.Sign in with exchange account
  4. Configure your Exchange options as below, then click Save:Exchange Calibration
  5. To view your district emails, click on the Envelope icon, then select the Exchange mailbox.
  6. If you want to receive emails while on your iPhone's cellular data, enable this feature.
    1. Go to Settings > Mail
    2. Turn on Cellular Data.
  7. Be sure to set up your Exchange email signature on your phone to match district specs:
    1. Go to Settings > Mail
    2. Signature > Per Account
  8. Exchange
    1. Configure your email signature line with the following information:

First Name Last Name, Credentials (i.e. Ph.D.)

Job Title

Campus / Department

Weatherford ISD

Physical Address

City, State ZIP Code

Phone number
